Subscription FAQ

Hello! On this page, you will find frequently asked questions as well as how to create an account to manage your subscription. Please use the contact form below if you have an additional question that was not answered here.

How do I place a subscription order?

In the navigation menu under ‘Shop Online’ click on the tab that says ‘Subscriptions’. Every product listed there has the ability to be a subscription (and bonus, if you subscribe to a product, you always get 10% off everytime it reorders). Click on the desired product, select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option, let us know how often you would like to receive the product (every 4 weeks, every other month, the options are endless and you can change it at any time), and add it to Cart. Once you place your order, the system will automatically process based off how often you selected to receive your product. Cancel at anytime or change the products you receive, or the timing in which you receive it!


How do I access my subscription account?

  1. To access your account, click on the “person” icon in the top right corner of any page in between the search and shopping bag icon. 
  2. Sign in with the email you checked out with. If you have not created an account before, please create one with the email you used to purchase items with and a password.
  3. Once you are signed in, it will take you to your Account page with a log of all your previous orders on the left and your Account Details on the right.
  4. To make changes to your subscription, click on “Manage Subscription” located above your address.

How do I change my billing/shipping address?

  1. To change your billing/shipping information, log into your account via the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your ‘My Account’ page. Click on “Manage Subscription” located on the right hand side under “Account Details”
  3. You now should be on a page that displays your current subscription/s including your payment information, shipping address, and more. Under this information should be a gray bar that says “View Details”. Click on “View Details”.
  4. There will now me a menu of gray bars. The first one will say “Address & Shipping Information”. Click on  “Address & Shipping Information” and a drop down box should appear with your information. 
  5. At this point, you should see your Shipping Method, Shipping Address, and Billing Address. Next to each of these is a button that says “Edit”. Click on “Edit”, fill out the information you need to update, and then click “Save Changes”.
  6. If you are changing the shipping address, once you click on “Save Changes”, it will ask you to reconfirm your Shipping Method. This is needed because shipping charges may change due to where you are updating the shipping to go to. If you click on the first shipping option, a drop down menu should appear with all of the shipping options and their prices. Please select one and click “Save Changes”.

How do I update my payment information?

  1. To change your payment information, log into your account via the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your ‘My Account’ page. Click on “Manage Subscription” located on the right hand side under “Account Details”
  3. You now should be on a page that displays your current subscription/s including your payment information, shipping address, and more. Under this information should be a gray bar that says “View Details”. Click on “View Details”.
  4. There will now me a menu of gray bars. The second one will say “Payment Information”. Click on  “Payment Information” and a drop down box should appear.
  5. Update your payment information and click on “Save Changes”. 

Can I edit the quantity of the products I am subscribed to? (I am subscribed to 1 Bare Body Balm but would like to receive 2 every month)

Yes! You can edit the amount of products you already receive each month. Follow the directions below to edit your subscription products:

  1. To update the quantity of your products, log into your account via the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your ‘My Account’ page. Click on “Manage Subscription” located on the right hand side under “Account Details”
  3. You now should be on a page that displays your current subscription/s including your payment information, shipping address, and more. Under this information should be a gray bar that says “View Details”. Click on “View Details”.
  4. There will now me a menu of gray bars. The third one will say “Products in your subscription”. Click on  “Products in your subscription” and a drop down box should appear.
  5. Click on “Edit Quantity” in the right hand corner of that gray bar.
  6. You should now be able to increase or decrease the amount of products you receive each time your subscription re-ups. Click “Update quantity” once you are done.

Please note that increased shipping rates may apply. 

**This only applies to products you are currently subscribed to. You cannot switch out a product for a different one**


I am all stocked up for this month! Can I skip my next subscription?

Yes, you can! Follow the instructions below:

  1. To skip a subscription, log into your account via the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your ‘My Account’ page. Click on “Manage Subscription” located on the right hand side under “Account Details”
  3. You now should be on a page that displays your current subscription/s including your payment information, shipping address, and more. Under this information should be a gray bar that says “View Details”. Click on “View Details”.
  4. There will now me a menu of gray bars. The fourth one will say “Manage upcoming orders”. Click on  “Manage upcoming orders” and a drop down box should appear.
  5. Below it should display all of your upcoming subscription orders. Displayed on the right side of the dropdown is the option to “Edit quantity” or “Skip Order”. Click which one you would like to change/skip.
  6. If you change your mind, you can always log back in and choose to “Resume order” on the subscriptions you chose to skip before.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sad that you want to cancel so if there is anything we can do to help make your experience better, please reach out to us via the form below. If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. To cancel your subscription, log into your account via the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your ‘My Account’ page. Click on “Manage Subscription” located on the right hand side under “Account Details”
  3. You now should be on a page that displays your current subscription/s including your payment information, shipping address, and more. Under this information should be a gray bar that says “View Details”. Click on “View Details”.
  4. There will now me a menu of gray bars. The last one will say “Cancel Subscription”. Click on  “Cancel Subscription” and a drop down box should appear.
  5. There should now be a red button that says “Cancel Subscription”. Please note that once you click this button, you cannot re-activate this exact subscription (please consider this if you have a discount on top of the subscription - you will not be able to obtain the same discount if you change your mind).
